COMING UP THIS JULY at LMG

JULY is a very busy month for us here at London Miles Gallery. We got two great shows happening. On July 9th we will open a summer print exhibition, showcasing a range of limited edition prints at great prices. Prints will be on show from artists David Flores, Amanda Visell, Bwanna Spoons, Timothy Lee, Tiffany Liu, Scott C., Jim Mahfood, Ugbot and RESO.

Then on July 24th, 2009, we are very proud to present our first themed group exhibition, titled CANDY COATED CANVAS!

The exhibition features all original paintings and artwork by a international emerging and recognized artists.

Candy Coated Canvas is a themed group exhibition showcasing unique artworks by various established and emerging international talent. All artists have been asked to take inspiration from the title “ Candy Coated Canvas” and create a unique art piece which is visually extremely colourful and playful, whilst sparking up memories of childhood, sweets, and fantasy lands. The exhibition aims to showcase a range of artists in a themed environment, to create a highly memorable experience for the viewer, that can visually please and feed their imagination with colour and wild worlds of candy.

This eye catching exhibition will open Friday July 24^th, 2009 from 7:00pm to 10:00pm

The Opening of Supreme Broship

What an evening of greatness, Supreme Broship opened last Thursday evening, the 11th of June with both Jim Mahfood and Scott Campbell in Attendance. It was the best night London Miles Gallery has seen since opening, with an extremly packed out gallery and a truly supportive and energetic crowd of art lovers. Jim and Scott were signing comic books all night and talkin it up with fans.

Supreme Broship : Art show with Jim Mahfood and Scott C.

London Miles Gallery and Nerd Core present a two man show with Comic book artists Jim Mahfood and Scott C. SUPREME BROSHIP is the first collaborative showcase of original artworks, paintings, drawings and new collaborative artworks by Jim Mahfood and Scott C. Both Jim and Scott will be in attendance for the opening reception, as well as doing a special comic book signing at Forbidden Planet on Wednesday, June 10^th 2009 to promote their new hard cover releases from Nerd Core.

Both Jim and Scott are painting the inside of the gallery, so this seriously will be an all around great art show and chance to meet and hang with them both.
