London Miles UK premiere of New Brow, The Rise of Underground Art

London Miles Gallery is proud to host the premiere UK screening of Contemporary Art documentary, New Brow – The rise of Underground Art, a feature film presented by Humble Pictures in association with The Shooting Gallery from San Francisco, California.


The documentary features some of today’s most influential and groundbreaking artists from the New Contemporary Art movement, such as Shepard Fairey, Ron English, Silvia Ji, Gary Baseman, Shag and many more, who speak openly and enlighteningly about the growing art movement and its origins.

The documentary not only includes first-hand accounts from an impressive list of pioneering artists, but also showcases the important galleries and collectors who adopted, and continue to drive the New Contemporary Art movement today.


London Miles will be screening New Brow on:

Saturday the 20th of February at 4:00pm

The 27th February at 2:00pm and 5:30pm.

Tickets are £8.00 and the film will be shown in the Project Room in Westbourne Studios

LMG Artist news: Scott Belcastro, New Print release


A LMG represented artist has just came out with a new print release, Titled "Snow Castle." Printed on Sugarcane velvet fine art paper using a professional K3 waterbased inkjet printer and coated with a UV, water, and scratch resistant protective matte spray. Paper size is 12x12 inches. All 50 prints are singed and numbered by Scott Belcastro. They will be shipped flat and ready to frame. The first 10 prints also include a brush used in previous paintings. An added bonus!

Welcome Back! Coming up at London Miles!

Its great to be back, and we are all very excited about the great year ahead. First off, we would like to wish you a Happy 2010! Now lets get down to business, coming up this February we have the UK premiere of "NEW BROW, The rise of Underground art." The movie will be shown in the screening room in Westbourne Studios on the 20th and the 27th of February.

Hunt and Gather
showcases a contemporary view of international art featured in galleries and media across the globe. This striking collection of surrealism, pop art, illustration, Collage, Graphic design and mixed media represent many of today's most boundary-pushing artists. Aspects of this collection are dark, at times macabre, but these images are complimented by arrestingly playful pieces.

Dedicated to fostering the relationships between artists and art enthusiast, Hunt and Gather author Tina Ziegler has selected an array of artist to contribute to the book, work that they feel best represents their creative output, accompanied by first-person texts that shed light on how and why these individual make their art.
